Looking for a fun, fast-paced job where every day is different? The Tower House is hiring flex team members to work across our coffee shop, bar and cocktail lounge, kitchen, retail store, events, and assist with tasks related to our short-term rental rooms. We’re looking for positive, dependable people who enjoy working with customers and being part of a team and a growing business.
What You’ll Do
- Deliver outstanding customer service
- Prepare food, coffee, specialty drinks, and other beverages
- Operate the POS system and handle cash/card transactions
- Serve food, bus tables, wash dishes, and keep work areas clean
- Assist with retail transactions and questions
- Assist with short-term rental related tasks
- Help maintain our inventory and food preparation processes
- Assist wherever needed to help the team provide an exceptional guest experience
What We’re Looking For
- Friendly, dependable, and team-oriented
- Comfortable in a fast-paced environment
- Willing to learn multiple roles throughout the business
- Able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
- Committed to maintaining cleanliness and food safety standards
- Weekend availability is required
Schedule & Pay
- Flexible part-time hours with the opportunity for full-time
- Hourly pay is based on experience
